Hand-painted oil reproduction of famous Frederick Arthur Bridgman. Frederick Arthur Bridgman originally painted The Bathing Cove in 1890. Today it has been carefully recreated detail-by-detail, color-by-color to near perfection. Bridgman was the son of a physician and was born in Tuskegee, Alabama, 1847. He studied art at the National Academy of Design as well as the Brooklyn Art Association. He”s most known for his Orientalist style paintings.
